SET AND FORGET when you subscribe to any dr.NC product or bundle. No need to worry about reminding yourself to place an order with us when you are running low on a particular product, it will already be on its way to you every 10 weeks!

How it works: Add your most loved product to your cart by clicking the “Subscribe and Save 12%” button (under the ‘Purchase options’). At checkout, you will be paying for the first 2 deliveries of this recurring product. You will receive the second order of the product in the post 10 weeks later.

Subscription: Prepaid. A minimum payment of 2 deliveries is required upfront at checkout (this means you will pay for your first 2 deliveries of the product – the first order, and the second order which will be received 10 weeks later). Payment will automatically be charged every 10 weeks thereafter for each product delivery. This can be changed or cancelled at any time in your account.

For all orders under the value of $125, the first 2 orders will be fulfilled and sent together.

Notifications: You will receive an email notification when you make a new subscription, if you pause/resume/update your subscription, or if you cancel your subscription. You will also receive an upcoming payment reminder via email 3 days before you will be charged for your subscription.

Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your Account, based on your skincare needs.
